Keyword Zip is a tool I am developing and is currently in alpha testing. This tool is for search engine marketers (SEMs) to use and generates Google AdWords and Yahoo! Search keywords and creative based on geography. It will find all of the cities or counties within the specified radius of a point of origin and create keywords and creative including the desired data. This information is formatted into CSV files ready to send to Google and Yahoo! and can be opened and edited in MS Excel or any text editor.

Feel free to use this tool, but I would appreciate any feedback. I am also imposing a limit of 50 miles on the radius from your point of origin so that my server doesn't get overwhelmed.

1. Choose a base keyword (e.g. 'Homes in')
2. Select a geographic parameter such as a city to append to the base keyword
3. Select if you want to invert the keywords for Google (word order isn't taken into account in Yahoo!, but it is in Google)
4. Select a point of origin in the form of a USPS Zip Code (Sorry, this tool covers the US only)
5. Complete the Yahoo! form with title, creative, and variations of geographic terms
6. Complete the Google form with title, creative, and variations of geographic terms
7. Click the "Build Lists" button ONCE and wait for the request to process
8. When complete, click on the links to save the spreadsheets and leave feedback
